I recently bought this laptop with the following specs.

The first thing that I found out of place was that the battery was already in the laptop, when past laptops I have dealt with at work even though they were other brands the battery has been out of the laptop. Does dell usually ship their laptops with the battery already installed?

Also almost on immediate use the fan has been turning on. I am not sure if this is normal for new machines. For my work laptop I never really hear the fan turn on, when on the laptop I hear it every time it turns on.

Finally when I was watching some online videos, within 40 minutes I needed to restart the laptop 5 times. I was watching these videos off of zshare and divx den. The screen would go black or the top of the screen would turn white. There were different graphics issues that required the computer to be restarted by pressing the on/off button.

Is the machine I got faulty, or should I return the machine and look for another brand to buy.
    Thanks
