Today I got my Dell Studio 1555 and for 4 hours it worked perfectly. Around noon time, i tried to set it up with a wifi hotspot and the screen and audio went out but the laptop was still on. I've been turning it on/off now for 2 hours and it is still not coming on (the power button lights up, but that's it). I haven't seen any other people with this problem so i hope its not a big issue. Please give me some feed back on what i should do.

It could be disconnected cables inside the laptop. If you're comfortable opening the case, try making sure that nothing has come unplugged from the motherboard.
