Between those two sets of specs, I would certainly opt for the Studio 15. That setup has a much nicer processor and display (1080p vs 720p). The only thing that the HP system has the advantage in is the graphics card; the 9600m GT is marginally more powerful than the ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4570, although either one will easily be more than powerful enough for HD movies and some moderate gaming.

What do you intend to do with this laptop?

    Thanks!

And I will probly just be surfing the web, watching and downloading videos and movies, listening to music, playing a a few video games and making documents.

Do you know if the ATI Radeon HD 4570 is a discrete graphics card or not?
Sorry if that's a stupid question, I don't really know how to tell the difference.

    Thanks again :)

For those tasks, either system will be more than sufficient. The Studio 15's 1080p display is excellent for movies, as well as fitting a lot of text on the screen at once. You can very comfortably type two pages side-by-side in Word at that resolution. What games were you looking to play, specifically?

The 4570 is a discrete graphics card, as is the 9600m GT on the HP system.

I can play Left 4 Dead on my current system with an ATi 3450, which is significantly weaker than either the nVidia 9600m GT or the ATi 4570. And RTS games, for the most part, do not rely on graphics power as much as they do CPU power. I think either system will handle those just fine.
