This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Really sweet news! I think I might get this Studio 15 laptop over the HDX 16 now because it is smaller and basically has many of the same features.

    I wonder if I should get 1440 x 900 or 1920 x 1080 resolution though? I'm wonder if 1080p on a 15.6" is too small...900p would work better for gaming at native resolution but on the other hand in 2-3 years I might wish that I have the screen real estate of the 1080p...
