Every time I resume from sleep/hibernation, after a few mins the volume increase touch sensitive button lights up and the volume is increased up to max. This stays like that for 5 minutes or so, and none of the touch sensitive buttons work during that time.

This happened as soon as I switched it on after taking it out of the box, so it's not something I've installed. I also tried upgrading to BIOS A05, as well as taking out the battery/holding the power button. Also tried emailing tech support who said I should reinstall to factory settings, but that's retarded because this was happening as soon as I took it out of the box. i did it anyway just so i could say I did it, but the problem is still there.

    Anyone else had this happen?

It is likely that you need the control bar replaced.

If you are within the 21 days return window, contact them and say youre not satisfied and either demand a full refund or a new replacement system.

Mine does that also, and I talked to a tech guy online the other night and he downloaded all these drivers onto my computer and updated the BIOS, but the problem is still happening. I just got mine in December, and it's been doing that ever since I got it.
