I replaced the cpu, ram and motherboard as well as the lcd screen. When I press the power button one time the laptop only displays a blinking cursor on the top left. It doesn't show the Dell logo. However if I press the power button one more time it then shows the Dell logo but shuts off since I pressed the power button twice. The things I have connected are the power button, dc jack, lcd cable, cpu, ram, heatsink and fan, and the motherboard. Nothing else is connected. If someone could give any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks
