    What does this mean ? , is it shipped on 18h Jan or is it in the process of being shipped since 18th Jan ? :confused:

    how did you get that screen? You must live in another country (not the us) ?

    I just check the status of my M1330 and it FINALLY says 'shipped'. It surprised me because I was so used to it saying 'In production' everytime I checked.

    I'm so excited!

    Apparently the delivery company is going to phone me and organise an ETA (estimated time of arrival I think!) - It has already been 1-2 days and still no phone call :(

    Going on that it should have been delivered sometime this morning. Walsh Western ship stuff over from Ireland for Dell to their Hinckley facility, it's then passed on to another carrier, in my experience TNT for the final delivery.

    It's tough to say why. They could be out of a specific part that is needed to complete your laptop. Mine was pretty stock too. It was just the "Better" deal from January, with no modifications. (really wish I would've gone for the WXGA+) I'm sure the status will change soon for you. Just keep checking every 5 minutes like I did.. lol

    Nope, I don't have an AIM. I sometimes use Yahoo, but not often. It's probably someone who's a fan of The Big Lebowski, or some such. :D

    Oh I am checking every 5 minutes or so, I just want it to hurry up so that I can get it on Tuesday! Now that I have next day shipping that will actually be possible. I got the 2.2 ghz processor with 3 gigs of ram with the 1680x1050 screen. The screen is likely what is holding it up.

    Haha, I hear you! I'd say it's very possible you could see it by Tuesday. I think the reason the boxing stage takes a couple days is that's when they also ship it to the U.S. and it's very likely the would fly some over on the weekend. That sounds like a sweet rig you're getting!

    Ya I cannot wait for it specially considering the POS I am coming off of. The way I figure is that it should be done being built tomorrow it goes into boxing for 24 hours (Basically just opposite what yours did) and it ships on Monday and arrives here Tuesday. Can't wait for you to get yours either! We will have to swap stories :)
