Tough question depends on what programs your using, but the ones in red are programs that will not effect the basic operation of the laptop.

If your not using the Dell Dock you could disable that one as well, along with Bluetooth,

if your using the bit torrents then enable them.

disabling all those programs wouldn't effect any basic operations. But like you said, it depends which one you use. Personally, I would choose everything you did except for the updates. Would also disable Microsoft Office, Roxio Burn, Webcam Central, all the docks, and Windows Live Messenger.

These are the only ones I'd leave:

    IDT PC audio
    synaptics pointing device driver
DW WLAN card wireless network tray applet
    intel (R) common user interface
    ESET smart security
    super anti spyware
    quick set
dell dock - only if you use it

Additionally, if you use CCleaner you could just delete the entries completely. Otherwise you might get some duplicates like you have with Microsoft Office 2010.
