    Dell Sends the Wrong Batteries

    Ok I have a 9400 I just bought a week ago the battery was barely holding a charge so I called dell support he said he would send batteries in which he did. but he sent 3 instead of one battery and all were the wrong ones I decided to try dell chat here is the log. please guys tell me what you think and what I should do and if dell is sending the correct ones which he says he is.

    I also took out my order number and address and and all that good stuff so nobody rips me off, but thats how the conversation went.

    Your order number is still there in one place. Atleast part of it.

    I hope this doesn't happen with my system coming tomorrow. :eek:

    Yeah I deleted part of it decided to delete the whole thing, is your system a refurb? if its brand new you should have no problems
