    Hi everyone!

I don't have a lot of posts here, but I frequently visit the forums.

Anyways, I have a small request. When I was cleaning my Dell E1705 fans, I lost one of the screws. It was one from the back (M2.5 X8mm) Anyways, I called Dell to see if they can send me a screw, but they offered to sell me a complete set for 10 dollars. Since I'm only missing one screw, I'm reluctant to buy it. Does anyone have a spare screw or know any stores where I can buy a screw that size? Thanks in advance.

I'd give them another call and tell them a screw fell out of the notebook. That should be covered under warranty.

Sorry I don't have the exact sized screw you need, but hopefully someone will around here somewhere...

You could try Lowes or Home Depot.

Thank you for the replies. I guess I'll try calling them again and if that doesn't work, I'll go check out Home Depot.
