I ordered XPS M1530. Now it is in shipped status. I will get this laptop on 06/21. The cost is 1249$. But I ordered another one laptop same configuration for 1024$. I don't want to open my first laptop package. I want to return it immediately. Is there any restocking fees is applicable for me? any Shipping cost i have to pay?

What you should have done was call up dell initially to get it sorted out instead of ordering a second right away.

Dell told my Brother to refuse deilivery both times. It is not a "Post Man", it will be a DHL or someother person that requires you to sign.

If something crazy like you refuse delivery and the "Post Man" keeps it, you do know all you would have to do is file a dispute with DHL etc.... But the odds of someone doing that, are the same as them never getting the package to you in the first place.

It is possible that Dell told my brother to refuse because we are in Alaska, and shipping is about $60.00 from us to them.

Also, if you are as worried about it as it sounds like you are. Why don't you just phone Dell and get your answer that way? It's not like this is uncommon.
