    Dell Restore Doesn't work?

    My dell has DSR partition, The technical support tells me to press CTRL and then F11 to use Dell Restore, But when i do that, nothing happens and goes stright into Windows XP Splash Screen,

    Anyway to solve this?

    Yes...your Dell technician is out of date and should be replaced. I believe now it is F8 on initial boot but could be wrong. I know it is the f8 key in any case.

    F8 works, but it doesn't have the Repair option or related Option.. :confused:

    Safe Mode with Command Prompt

    Enable Bootlogging
    Enable VGA Mode
    Last Known Good Configuration
    Directory Services Restore Mode
    Debugging Moe
    Disable Automatic restart on system failure

    Start Windows Normally
    Reboot
    Return to OS Choices Menu
