I got a pm from someone named Dell C.A. telling me that she could help me if I give her my order number. Is this legit? Does Dell actually have a representative on the board? Or is it a hoax?

It's legit, she really wants to help, just look at the prior posts from the user. I'm glad Dell is reaching out to the boards, really cool.

Well, I have no idea. On the other hand, if you call Dell and give them your order number they also verify your name and some other information, so presumably C.A. would have no idea of this stuff. I'm not sure what C.A. would do, anyhow. I'd doubt that Dell would be thrilled that ol' C.A. is running around giving out freebies to people who had already placed orders, if you get my drift.
