Anyone know how long it takes Dell to refund credit back to a Dell Preferred Account? My case manager actually talked me into re-ordering lol...Hey, she was persistant in her calling....

It shouldn't take that long but in my case, I called on Monday to call 2 orders and on Thursday when I checked my account, I still wasn't credited. I called up the financial services to ask about it and they said I should have been credited by Tuesday, since they don't charge you until the order ships. So they had to put in a request for the credit and within a couple of hours, they credited my account. So I would suggest calling them if it's been awhile. The number is 18002832210

Whoever cancels your order, ask for them to "refresh" your account which should remove the charge all together from your DPA ;)
