    Hi,
    I have a Dell Inspiron 6400/E1505 notebook.
I use the quickset hotkey options a lot. although i had disabled the service at startup, i was able to use the hotkeys for battery, volume and network. However, for volume, i am unable to see the meter display on screen. For the other two it is getting displayed properly.
The hotkey options are all enabled. The volume is also checked.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling quickset. Also enabled the quickset service at startup, but even now, i cannot see the volume meter.
    Its driving me crazy!
    please help.
    Thnaks in Advance..

Try uninstalling > Running registry cleaner from CCleaner > Re-installing
