    Hi,

    I try to upgrade my broken Touch Glossy FHD IPS screen to a new UHD 4K screen .
    I dont care about touch function.

    I have order a new front bezel "non touch" DELL 0CXT35
    and a screen LQ156D1JW02B : https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/screen-part-number/LQ156D1JW02B/
    I'm ready to cut the mount or change this screen for the good one ?!

    But i dont have the good cable "edp", can you help me ?

    I have see this in other thread for precision 7710 : Dell 6GXDN
    Do you know the good one and the good part number for 7520 ?

    I have one of the newer Precision 7520 with M2200M gpu. I am also want to upgrade it to 4K. it currently has a FHD screen. If you get yours done correctly, please post your experience and parts needed.

    Why don't you just get one and see if that works (or both)? From what I read, they are both for 7510 machines. May very well be the same part but coming from different vendors.

    I am in the US and can't get the screen. They are all in China/Taiwan area and it would take weeks to get here due to the COVID-19 issue.

    My Screen is IPS FHD so I can definitely live with it. Just that I've never had a 4K screen and think it would be nice to have one on the laptop.

    I have the same unit with non touch FHD screen. Will check the budget to upgrade soon.

    The way I research, you have to change the lcd cover also.
