    They sent the Dell Photo Printer 720 free with my laptop. Will I have to get ink cartridges from Dell for this? Or is it a rebadged printer from somebody else?

    Dell printers are rebadged Lexmarks. Don't know if you can use Lexmark's cartridges. You can try some thrid party cartridges, but they can sometimes foul up prints.

    Staples here in Oregon has just started carrying cartridges for the 720. You might check with them if you have one locally.
