    so if i had 1000 on paypal and want to pay 1000 with paypal then the rest with a credit card could i do that or would it not work?

    I tried buying my lappy with my dell preffered card, but my total was about $100 over my limit. it tells me to call in my order.

    You can pay $100 to the preferred card.... and you should have enough credit for your purchase. It sucks... I know.
