    Is the dell ownership transfer no longer instant? They seem to have a new look to the existing ownership transfer form and when a transfer was made to my cousin it says have to wait 15 days.

    Even though you can verify the service tag thru scanning the computer its taking longer than normal. Anyone know if they change the ownership transfer procedures?
