Knowing how Canada gets the shaft on good deals and customization when it comes to Dell laptops I am pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but here it goes.

Is there a Dell Outlet in Canada?

Or some place that sells Refurb Dells in Canada?

I don't know of any physical outlets, but you can try www.dfsdirect.ca
It's Dell Financial services' clearinghouse for returned or repo'd laptops. Most still have warranty.

I quickly perused the laptop inspiron section, and I wasn't impressed. The prices for the 6400 are too high. The new 9400 I bought a few weeks ago actually costs less than the open box.
