I was wondering if someone out there knew a way to search by screen type. In particular I am wanting to just look at XPS 1530 with an LED screen. They do have ways to filter your results but none in screen resolution or type. Although I have been known to be blind and overlook the obvious.

I am considering going the refurb route this time if they come out with another of those 15 percent off coupons and I can find an LED. I have had good luck with refurbs in the past, and I figure if that runs out I can always return it.

Unfortunately they don't have that as an option. I know it took a bit of searching when I wanted to get an M1330 with an LED screen. Perhaps you can call them up, they might have more detailed searching abilities.

The coupons are great. I got about $800 a new machine with an Outlet coupon.

Thanks atbnet, kinda what I was afraid of. Looks like I will just have to keep clicking to view details on each machine. The coupon I looked at a month or so ago stated that it had to be used online only. Have been searching for on outlet coupon, they are not easy to find.

there outlet search blows even for the filters they do have. when i was buying my xps if you filtered for m1530 none came up. if you filtered by 256 graphix memory I knew i wanted then sorted by model there would be a bunch of them. also would search for 4gb of ram then sort by screen size to find what i wanted. so if their is a certian graphix card that would be used for that screen search for that then sort by model. just a thought.
