    So, I keep seeing that Dell has offered 10-15% coupons off Latitude notebooks every so often. Which makes me want to wait for one of those before getting a refurb D430.

    Does anyone know how often Dell Outlet refreshes their coupons? I know the Home and Home Office coupons come out about once a week, but does anyone know about the Outlet?
