    How often does Dell update their inventory in the outlet website?

    Looking for a refurb XPS 1530.

    Dell Outlet is updated continuously throughout the day, so you just gotta keep checking. There are plenty of refurb XPS 1530, but if a particular config you want isn't available, there may be the chance that it shows up within the next minute, hour, day, or week.

    Unlike iPhone 3G availability checker that updates every night at 9PM, Dell's Outlet updates throughout the entire day.

    Yes, because all the units are already boxed, so you don't have to wait for build time, etc. Once you order, it ships out. It is much faster than ordering a brand new one.
