    Hi. I just bought a D820 from the Dell Outlet. :)

    My order status shows that it will be prepped and shipped in exactly one week. Does it usually take that long for Dell to ship Outlet items?

    Well after placing my order on Oct 11 i got an email with my order info and it stated that it will be shipped on 02/19/2007. But it was shipped with in 24hours, so i am sure yours will be shipped out soon too.

    I also ordered a system from the Outlet yesterday, and they say it wont ship for a week which I thought strange because the systems are already put together....

    Hopefully mine will ship later today or Monday.

    They probably have to make sure the systems at least boot up and with so many orders, as I'm sure they must have, a week is probably the norm.
