    Is it 21 days or 30 with the Outlet Latitudes? Also my invoice states the March 9th so I would have to the request for a refund due to not getting the right item on the 27th the latest as they are closed on the weekend correct ?? :confused:

    It's a 21 day return period ;)
    I am going to be returning one of my dell outlet laptops soon also :(

    Here is the return policy: and, Erwallie is right it's 21 days.....from date of invoice... ;) Yes, they are closed on the weekends.

    As you've seen, Cin, I just found out the "invoice" to death date today. How bloody absurd. Next machine will NOT say Dell on it.
