I'm not from this country, so i'm not sure how it works here.
I've bought a Dell Vostro 1500 from the Dell Outlet store. I had so many problems with it (and still do) not to mention the total lack of incompetance from the people at Dell. I don't want it for a whole bunch of reason, so I wanna return it.
I leave LA monday morning, and I for sure don't feel it's a return that's meant to be payed by me. How do you normally do when you wanna return a product, and is there any way that I might get Dell to pay for it?
Thanks.
PS. I haven't been this upset since the early 90's, so please forgive any misspells and lack of patience

What was wrong with the vostro, because I was actually considering the outlet store for my xps purchase (not vostro but still).
hm, Im not quite sure about the dell outlet store return policy, but if I remember it was just like dell's policy for new items, you can return it up to 21 days, but they send a new one out, instead of giving money back to you (I think, though I'm not sure) -
So I can't get my money back?
About my experience with Dell, it's all in this thread:

They DO refund your money back if you are not satisfied with the pruchase. Got my full refund in 3 days.

They will also set up a UPS pickup, free of charge. So, you will not be a paying a single penny for the return. -
Thanks. I have it all settled. Got the UPS-stuff from them yesterday, and took the packages to UPS today. I should have my money back in like 7-10 days.
