*edit* I wasn't really yelling I exagerated. I was on the internet and kept asking him why it was pushed back to August. I need a notebook next week for summer school and I did buy from the Outlet so I expected faster ship date. And the guy told me that my ship date was August 1. So I asked why and he told me that there have been a large amount of orders because of the fourth of july sale with the epp. And I did tell the person sorry if I was impolite

You're overreacting just a bit. Yelling at the person taking your order was also very rude. They are not the ones who set the ship dates. If I were him and you yelled at me for doing my job, I would NOT have offered you free overnight shipping. Like you said previously:

You aren't the only one either and yelling at the poor person on the phone to get your computer faster and not have to WAIT YOUR TURN was just downright obnoxious.

Besides, just because they give you a shipping date doesn't necessarily mean it will take that long.

I ordered my E1505, custom configured, on June 27th. I was told it would not ship until July 10th. It was at my house on JUNE 30th.

The desktop I ordered in March ,also custom configured, had a ship date of 3 weeks after I placed my order. YET, I had it at my house only 4 days after I placed the order.

And that was all WITHOUT yelling at the poor person who took my order.
