Hey guys, i just ordered a vostro 1500 off dell using the phone. It took an hour but i managed to get the guy to throw in a free wireless keyboard and mouse on a $789 (cad) computer But my question is when I ordered it he said the receipt would get sent to my email, but it has not. And I would like to track my order online but I cant without a dell order number. I have my customer number and the ext. number for the guy who sold me the phone. But every time I call I get the machine. And leaving a message didn't help. What should I do inorder to track my purchase? thanks guys.

He should have told you the order number over the phone after he placed the order. Did you write it down? If not call customer service and give them the customer number and see if they can give you the order number from that information. Sometimes it takes awhile to receive the confirmation, just because the rep didn't email it to you at the time they said they would.
