    Also I tried saying my number for a change, I thought it might be quicker, but she kept talking over me then asked me to repeat!! So I just punched the numbers in again :p

    As soon as you hear that annoying person talk, punch in the order number and #. It's much faster that way.

    i just dial 901-3355 (normal dell line) push alot of number until i get someone on the line then say umm i think im in the wrong department, could you transfer me to sales (or where ever).
