Hi. My old laptop Dell Latitude E5410 was stuck.

After hard power cycle its lights CapsLock and ScrollLock On and NumLock blinking.

Google say that i's a CPU or MB issue.

I reinstall and then change CPU but nothing happens. Then I disconnect all devices. And then completely disassemble notebook.

I connect just Display to MB and try to power on. Same result, NumLock blinking.

After that I disconnect display and connect monitor via VGA. And it starts!

I try to disconnect cable from display on display-side. Notebook starts succesfully. It means that cable is OK.

I think smth in display chip was broken. Maybe static electricity, maybe it's too old.

Now I write from this notebook.

If Numlock is blinking - try to replace display too.
