Just want to confirm what this FHD (1920*1080) panel perfectly fits the original 1600*900 lcd place and works flawlessly. I replaced original pretty poor screen LTN173KT01-Q01 in my dell with chei mei innolux N173HGE-L11 and happy with it. Wanted to post this thread because the one i founded on that site was http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/dell-n7110-1080p-1920x1080-lcd-screen-swap.707755/ and there is unanswered question about lack of ability to change resolution to FHD. It seems pretty strange because there is standard EDID EEPROM to tell GPU which resolutions it can take. This theard bothered me, but finally i bought this screen and it works good. There was also some doubts about higher power consumption, but after looking at scheme and board/cable it seemed pointless to take it into account.
