My parents just bought a Dell Mini and the Windows 7 upgrade, but the computer came with XP installed. Since the system does not have an optical drive, how does Dell expect them to use their upgrade? There must be some standard way of doing it that doesn't involve third-party utilities and USB drives, right? I'm in college and can't help them in person, but if someone knows the official upgrade method for Dell netbooks I'd love to hear it so I can pass it on. Thanks!

Thanks, bit of a "duh" moment here.
