Does anyone know if its easy to add bluetooth support to a Dell Mini 10v 1011 ? I dont really want to have an external USB stick and would prefer to just pop the back off and add an internal card ??

Hmm seems like a lot of work, how about using one of these two in one cards that have WiFi and Bluetooth ?

I have just discoevred this on ebay:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170414318636&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

what slots does the 10v 1011 have ?
what kind & kind of network card will it have at the moment?

    EDIT:

Just checked and according to this:
    http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins10v/en/sm/minicard.htm#wp1181613

so i am guessing but the "One half Mini-Card slot" will be currently occupied. which means that the "One full Mini-Card slot" will be free :) So i guess I could just use one of these...

You should take a look and see if the connector for that second slot actually exists. I know that for the Mini 9 and for early versions of the Mini 10, the connector for second mini-card slot wasn't soldered to the motherboard if you didn't buy a WWAN card or something else for the slot. Dunno if they're still doing that for the 10v.

But yeah, if the connector is actually there, there's probably no reason the mini-card route won't work.
