    Dell MediaDirect Not Working? Help!

    Hey guys
    Finally got my dell 640m 1.6GHz, 1gb, 60gb, dvd/cd-rw, bla bla bla

    Thing is when my computer is off, i press the MediaDirect button, it will start to load then it gets to the blue background but stops. i have the logo in the top left but nothing more. Whats going on guys?

    help plz?

    Right out of the box? Do you have Windows XP Media Center Edition? If not, you'll need Dell Media Experience installed. You have Dell Quickset installed?

    you do NOT need the Dell Media Experience...my M140 doesn't have it yet MediaDirect works fine. I also have XP Pro installed
