I am running Vista x64 Business but Dell MediaDirect is giving me this error message when I boot into it:

Dell MediaDirect Express cannot access your hard drive. This may be because you have enabled Microsoft BitLocker (Drive Encryption). MediaDirect Express is not accessfible when Microsoft Bitlocker is enabled.

I looked up BitLocker, and it seems it only comes with Vista Ultimate and since I have Business, this can't be the issue.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Actually, is the version of X64 a purchased version or the version available (and legal if used with your serial) off the web?

I downloaded the x64 version off the web and used my MSDNAA key which is valid and activated.

Actually I just tried Media Direct for the first time yesterday and I am receiving the same error. I am running a clean install of x86 vista ultimate though.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm getting same error and I'm running Home Premium. However, I can't load to VISTA's OS. I'm keep getting into DirectMedia. I can't load my vista's os.
