    Hi,

I just reinstalled Dell Media Direct after reformatting my hard drive. I can boot MD w/o outside Windows when the comp is off, but when I press the Media Direct while I'm in Windows, it says "Unable to launch Dell Media Experience..."

Where do I get a copy of Dell Media Experience? I already checked my drivers cd and applications cd.

This is another one of the discs that you have to contact Dell for. They use to have it available online, but have recently taken down all of the links.
