    Hi guys,

I phoned Dell Support last week to get them to send me out a Dell Media EXPERIENCE cd... they've dispatched a Media DIRECT cd instead... :(

I have phoned them up again to get them to send me the right cd (Experience) but they're saying that it'll not be with me for 7-10 days! I'm seeing a client for a pitch on Thursday afternoon and wanted the XPS M1710 laptop to be all it could be (lights and everything) at that time.

Can anyone link me up with the Dell Media EXPERIENCE application before then? I'd be very grateful!

I would try calling dell again. It shouldn't take 7 to 10 days to get it. I've never heard of them taking that long to send a disc.

Sorry, but I have to close this thread. Since Dell does not have the software available to download, any links posted would be considered piracy .
