    Greetings,

I would like to know how well Dell's mail-in services are? Are the tech.-support quick to resolve issues and are quite willing to issue a RMA for you to sent in the unit for repair?

How quick and well are the repairs done?

Does Dell pay for the shipping of the unit or do you have to pay for shipping yourself?

I'm questioning this because I got off the phone with Dell's sales department today, and it was lousy. The person has to confrim everything with his supervisor, and it took him minutes to understand that I was inquiring about QuickSnap covers for the 6400, 5 min. to answer my question. I was going to ask about Premier support as well (both options not avaliable on Dell.ca's website anymore), but I gave up half way.

    Thanks.

They pay for everything if you're under your warranty period.
