Does anyone have any experience with the Dell M70 laptop? I am considering this notebook to run SolidWorks.

    Thanks in advance

I have had one for 6 months. A lovely machine that does everything well. A firm spill-proof keyboard, fine 15.4" widescreen, solidly built chasis with HD-impact-protection, a 256MB Nvidia Go1400 gpu optimized for CAD, but also a general workhorse that doesn't break into a sweat whatever the demands. Portable without being lightweight. Few compromizes. In the 15.4" form factor, nothing beats it. It will be perfect for Solidworks as long as you have enough system ram, but use the Solidworks-certified gpu driver page(AO0), not the latest (AO5).
