    Hi all

New to this site. Great resource!!!

I went to spec out an M65 today and it's gone from the site? All they have for the precision line is the m90 and the m4300.

Anyone have any insight? Does Dell typically just remove products like this?

Is the M65 enough of a machine to do video editing, animation and light lightweight 3d modelling and game textures? Specifically the video card? Obviously the m90 is the better choice for this, but I am looking for the best value for the dollar for digital content stuff.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

m4300 is the SR replacement for the m65. m7300 will be the m90s replacement.

    Hi PowerEdge:

Ah I see. That explains it then I guess. Still seems odd that the 15" 4300 is actually more expensive then its bigger brother the M90. I realize that people are paying a premium for portability these days but it seems odd to me to pay more money for less features/performance.

I suppose when the m7300 comes out we shall see a price hike on the m90.

    Decisions, decisions :)

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
