Hey I was thinking about swapping out the processor in my M65 from the T2300 Core Duo to a new Core 2 Due...XP is running a bit sluggish here. Anyways does anyone know what is the max processor these things can take? Also any suggestions on which one I should choose... I do mostly word processing, movies and a bit of graphics and web editing on it. Thanks

    You can get a T5500, T5600, T7200, T7400, or T7600 (Socket M stuff, basically). At least I think the T5500/5600 are Socket M.

The newest stuff is Socket P and will not work for you.

Honestly though, even a T2300 should be fast enough to run the darn OS. You probably need to clean it!
