I got a Dell M1330 4 months ago. Have had numerous problems with it:

Got the 2.2 Santa, with 2 GB and LED.

Dell XPS lettering all flaking off
Mem cards get stuck (mainly XD cards)
CD Drive freezes computer for 10 seconds on eject
    CPU Whine
    Poor construction of unit

And now the thing wont even turn on, Get a while screen with colored lines whenever I boot it up.

I need some advice, I basically want the system replaced, its obviously a lemon. But when I called Dell (Canada), they insist on trying to fix it even though I insisted on them replacing the system. They even told me "They probably wont fix any worn or peeling lettering on the unit". Is there a special customer support number I can call thats higher up or something, because its past my 30 days a refund is out of the question right?

    Thanks for the help guys.
