I just received my 1330 a couple of days ago and so far everything is great except the touch sensitive buttons for the media controls. None of them work. Not eject, not mute, nothing. They light up when I touch them, but thats it. Any ideas on how to fix it? A quick search on google shows that apparently they are tied into BIOS and not controlled by a separate program? My initial thought was quickset, but I guess not. With a slot load drive, not having eject is really frustrating. Not being able to control volume stinks too. Help please :)

It's nothing to do with Quickset these buttons are hardwired from the touch controls to the motherboard. Mine was exactly the same and once the engineer installed a new motherboard the problem went away. The only other problem was that the new motherboard only last 3 hours :(
