I thought maybe we needed this thread because of first, the number of M1330s that are already being replaced and, also, to assist others in gaining replacement from those who have.
I am not proposing this thread to be used to explain policy or argue the merits of whether it can or cannot be done.
Im simply hoping it will enable a clear record of those who have had replacements granted and a tool to reach out to those who want to know from those who have.
If I can suggest...
Explain the deficiency(s) your system had when received or something that occurred, the method you went about getting the replacement as well as any additional information.
Maybe a 1-5 scale on the difficulty in which you found the exchange to be, 1 being simplest and 5 being most difficult.
I have also proposed an inclusion on the system Tracking for this.
