This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I thought maybe we needed this thread because of first, the number of M1330s that are already being replaced and, also, to assist others in gaining replacement from those who have.

    I am not proposing this thread to be used to explain policy or argue the merits of whether it can or cannot be done.

    Im simply hoping it will enable a clear record of those who have had replacements granted and a tool to reach out to those who want to know from those who have.

    If I can suggest...

    Explain the deficiency(s) your system had when received or something that occurred, the method you went about getting the replacement as well as any additional information.

    Maybe a 1-5 scale on the difficulty in which you found the exchange to be, 1 being simplest and 5 being most difficult.

    I have also proposed an inclusion on the system Tracking for this.
