    Is there any way to connect the dell d620 to a television by buying anything or some special connecting device or wire using the ports avaliable in this laptop?

    The easiest way I'd think would be to buy the docking bar - that includes an S-Video out, and from there it's pretty simple...just need the right cable for your TV. That's what I'm planning to do if I decide I need the TV-Out option.
