This is the condition of the display is a dark or black image/ Video .After replacing display unit as its still almost same Support calling it a color bleeding issue and saying its not a hardware failure So they will not do anything . Probably a manufacturing thing with entire lineup .
So is there anything i should do any suggestions ?
And how does power share port works exactly ? In Bios its sates that it will charge any device even when laptop is turned off . But it does not only charged when laptop is connected to a ac adapter .

Google is your friend... http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN155147/EN
"Note: Powershare will only power devices while the system is in a 'low power state' (Standby) mode when the system is running on battery power only.
S1 (powered on) - USB power is on by default with either AC or battery only.
S3 (Standby) - Battery or AC.
S4/S5 (Hibernate/Powered down) - AC only.
Depending on the model of system and BIOS revision the system will only allow the battery to discharge down to 50% at which point the Powershare feature will become disabled." -

Search the forums for backlight bleed - it's a topic that's been discussed at length already.

Nothing you can do about it, its not a defect with the lineup, its a problem with the LCD manufacturer's batch consistency. Some days, they can make a batch with almost no backlight bleed, other days, some batches can't even pass calibration test because of it.

so . i deserve a replacement or something right ?

Nope, you paid for a consumer product, you should expect consumer quality.

Did you read through the many threads that already cover this ad nauseam?

As using this is not an option . -
