My Granddaughter`s Dell N5040 was turning it self off after about 5 mins.running.I called Dell and they had me do a few tests.Pressing the f12 as it was starting. It passed that test and then it was the f8 on start up,just as that screen loaded up the laptop turned off.The tech guy from Dell.Said they would send some parts to a techman and he would come to my house and replace them, and that should fix the problem.I first called Dell yesterday at about 3 :pM.The techman called me at 9:am this morning and was here at 10:30 AM,By 12:00PM the laptop was back to working like new.He replaced-Mother board,Hard drive and memory. All this in under 21 hours. Is there another company that would work so fast to help one of there customers problems ?
I`m so glad that I own three Dell PCs.

    Tom/A Happy Dell User. :) :)
