I have a Dell Ispiron 1300 with XP Home on it and its been acting up and had a couple of Viruses on it. I thought I cleaned it up, but still was not working right... so I was going to try a repair by using the OS disk. i put the disk in and boot the PC. Its starts loading the componets it needs and then goes to a BSOD with stop: 0x0000007E, pci.sys - address F85480BF base at F8541000, Datestamp 3b7d855c. I don't know what this means? i can't even reload the OS if I wanted to. I've even tryed to boot in safe mode and it BSOD appers with different error, stop: 0x000000B4 or stop: 0x0000003a.
I have put a different HD in PC and same thing happens, so I'm guessing its not the HD?

Any help would be great, Thank you!

    Mike :(
