    hi. i changed my sytem to turkish language than i installed all drivers but when i look system config. i am seeing alert like this Basic System Davice not installed and i cant find anydrier for that too here is the photo what must i do noww pls help me

    Yes.... try the Ricoh driver. That should fix it up

    thank you i fix it Ricoh driver. when i talked with dell costumer service they didnt give this information install inter chipset thats all :) again thank youu
