Horrible Service - The Dell Employee Made Me Do The Transaction On The Phone And Then Did Not Send Me The Final Order Without Which I Could Not Check My Order Status. When I Asked Him He Was Rude And Said That He Had Sent It The Same Day!!!
Dell Then Ships Me A Laptop With A Power Adaptor Which Does Not Work!!! I Am Unable To Use My Brand New Adaptor. On Registering A Complaint On 16th March 2010 I Was Informed That It Would Be Sent Within 24 Hours. I Have Not Received It Nor Have The Dell Staff Called Me To Let Me Know Why I Have Not Received It!! I Was Always A Hp User And For The First Time I Braved My Instincts And Went For A Dell!! I Really Am Very Upset!
